Default re:size of flaps

I did this on a Goldberg Cub. I used 60-40 (ail-flap) and wish now I had gone 70-30. The way it is now, when the flaps are down it's rudder turns only. Trying to use ailerons when flaps are down is scary because the response is so SLOW. I found that rudder turns were easier and more predictable.

Default Flap Size?

Are you talking about flaps, or flaperons?
