Hi,
I am thinking of modifying my mainshaft gear to one way (Auto Rotation Hub). I know fixed pitch can't do auto rotations but the hub as the advantage of smoother rotation and would probably reduce the drop in headspeed when using the tail!
I think it would be quite easy to fit a one way bearing to the gear / shaft.
So I started looking for suppliers of the bearings:

Only problem - What is the shaft diameter?
Anybody know?
Steve

Cheers RickTran,
That would mean I would have to put a bush on the shaft to achieve the 6mm bore on the one way bearing (no big deal).
Time to buy some bits!!!![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
