HB Blade mounting alternatives
The slots on the screws that hold the blades on my Hummingbird are getting stripped. Wondering if there's another way of mounting them - maybe using a bolt and nut of some sort. Hopefully this would make the blades easier to change.
Anyone done this - and if so what did you use and how did you do it?

Thats what happened to mine just use small bolts. Use some glue on the end of the bolt to keep the nut from working off. that way too you do'nt have to tighten then down hard so you can still have some play in the blades.

Hi Coasty
Don't expect to get a good tightness from metal screw to plastic screw track/hole. For me, I use long screw and nut to hold the blade while the top part is for me to place the head stiffener.
