Default Norvel Revlite .25BB Performance

Kind of new to Norvel engines and I'm putting a PredatorX together for open B combat using the Norvel .25BB Revlite engine. On the test stand, this engine puts out approx 16,200 rpm using a TF 9X4 prop and stock muffler on 10% Wildcat. Would like to find the source of or instructions for a performance muffler (mousse can?) in order to get rpm into the 18,000 rpm range? What performance increase could I expect shifting to 20% nitro fuel? ( I have a couple of gallons of YS 20/20 I need to burn up. Too much oil?) And would I have to install the head shims to run this fuel? Any other advice from the engine wizards would be appreciated.
