Default Saito Idle down

I have a question regarding adjustment of a Saito 180... Before take off my engine will respond instantly to changes in throttle... After flying a few minutes when I throttle back the engine will take 1-2 seconds or so to go to idle. An example was yesterday while landing I gave a burst of power to prevent the plane from stalling before touchdown... This burst should have been maybe a second but it ended up being like 3 seconds which ended up being a faster landing then I wanted... What adjustments should I make to provide almost instant throttle response when throttling back...

I was thinking that maybe I was to rich on the low end, but I wanted to get some input before I make any adjustments...

I believe you are correct in that assumption.
