Default What gas engine should I get for a Bridi Big Bird?

I am an experienced sailplane flier that is giving gas planes a try. I ordered a Bridi Big Bee which is a trainer, 96" span, 1600 sq in, weighs 11# + engine. Bridi's web site suggests 35 to 60cc gas engine. I want an engine that is reliable, easy to start and is well suited to flying the Big Bee - adequate power, not too heavy. I plan to fly slow and easy, no big power requirement. From what I read, an ignition system instead of a mag sounds good. I can go for a Taurus or ZDZ40 if that is the way to go, or is that like sticking a 'vette engine in a Vista Cruiser? Some say a Z23 will do fine. What do you think?
