This is what I call service (Hangar 9)
A few weeks ago I trashed my Funtana and did some damage to the Saito 100. Monday I finally got around to sending the motor to Hangar 9 for repair. Yesterday the motor was on my doorstep (4 days later) all repaired and looking like new. The motor is installed in my new Funtana and I plan on having some fun today. High of 78 with light winds out of the SW, yee haa. Thank you Hangar 9!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While on praise, I would add this. I placed an order to ServoCity for several items listed as "in stock". As it turned out, two of the main items were not. ServoCity immediately emailed me to say they were sorry that the trans freq I ordered was out. I asked them to send me any other they had because I really needed it soon and freq was not a problem, so, they replied (same day)with the freq on hand. It was a few hours before I noticed they had already replied so I gave them a freq and a different ESC that they did have. They replied "great" and sent order same day. It was that night when I found a message on my phone. Since I had not replied to the email right away they had CALLED ME saying they knew the order was important and was trying to get an acceptable freq trans from me! At that time they had already sent the order, but I was impressed with their effort to satisfy me!!!!

At that time I had already been shoved around by another company for six weeks promising to take care of a problem with "in two to three days and let me know" as a response to each of my many emails!
