I've got a 3 speed gear box but the car doesn't move anywhere the gears just spin sometimes it goes other times it dont. The gears are fine not stripped and meshed correctly if I spin the clutch bell the spur gears turn vice versa. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Check the clutch shoes , doesnt sound like there engaging into the clutch bell, RED

Well if the gears are spinning but the car isn't moving
then the cluch is engaging

It sounds like either a diff problem or a outdrive cup has come loose
Check the set screws on the outdrive cups first

I've found out it's just the first gear on my 3 speed has lost 4 teeth right next to each other somehow I didn't notice it. Anyone know how much the first gear costs and how easy it is to fit?
