why wont my shogun's MR turn?
I can't believe no one has responded to my last post entitled: "shogun one way bearing? tail gears..." it must be to long for you guys to read so I'll keep this short, my main rotor keeps "disengaging"...any one know why?

Yea that last post was 3 LONG paragraphs... keep it shorter and you'll get responses. I breezed through it and didn't even realize you asked a question. Thought you were just giving opinions on tail gears...
Your mail rotor disengages when power is on?? That's bizarre. Check that big gear for wear. If power is on that rotor is turning.

THe main gear has no problems teeth are in fine shape, and it turns as it should with the motor running (along with the tail), seems as if shaft is not connected to main gear, I tightened all the set screws first thing... nothing is obviously wrong. I'm going to order a one way bearing. Thanks guys

You may wish to check the set screws (2) in the black collar above the main gear. I'm not sure they're related to your problem but if they're tight get a new one way bearing before you become an autorotation expert.
For the tail the pico F or HS-50 are faster servos many use with a GY-240 or 401 HH gyro. And yes you're writing too long.
