Don's Hobby shop carries a very nice kevlar system. I am using it with SWB's servo tray

I too use the vinyl coated Kevlar from Don's and like it.

rjklein, I'd seen that servo tray setup and thought it was well thought out. Haven't seen you in a long while. Where have you been flying?

Another for Don's. Me and my buddies all use it in planes from 50cc size up to 46% H9 Ultimate.

Tim,
I have been flying in my back yard. Thinking about joining the west side club. Would like to re join the Aeronuts, just not sure how well that would go over.

We should go fly sometime.

For pull-pull cables I use fishing leader multi-strand stainless steel, nylon coated. On a 25% CAP231 I use 35lb and on a Extra 300 33% I use 45lb.

I use a proper crimping tool and copper tube for the crimps. It is very cheap and works quite well.

Safe flying!

I also use the nylon coated braided steel fishing leader and the ferrules you can also get at the sport shop, Ever bit as good as anything else and far less expensive.
