Default Funtana 90 U/Cart

I've just got to checking the mounting plate for the u/cart and it seems slightly undersized and a possible weak point. On my Funtana 40 I replaced the metal bolts with nylon and which saved the plane several times from heavy landings. The question is any tips about "beefing" up the U/Cart plate, or replacing the bolts for my 90. I fly off a grass strip.

As an aside reading most of the previous reports of poor quality control and build both my models seem to of good quality. Has Europe/UK had improved batches?
