Default Where does the tape go on the Foreplay?

Chip, I read your post on installing the kevlar string, but you didn't mention the fiber tape. The directions aren't clear about where it goes. Is the tape necessary and where should I put it? Thanks.

The tape runs parallel to the fuse in 3 spots on each wing. The top wing has the tape on the top over each end strut and in the ceter, and the bottom wing has the same 3 peices just on the bottom of the wing. The tape just keeps the thread from pulling through.
