Default Twin Engine, Scale project idea's

Some advice please,

I am looking for a scale twin, in the 90''<100'' range as a long term project and I am not sure where to look for the best choice. This will be my first twin, so pilot friendly if possible would be good. I want to spend the time getting the scale detail as good as I can (not the build, I will try a build in the furure) so an ARF/ARC would be in order.

Cost is not an issue, so I am after an ARF/ARC with the most SCALE options, I want this to be right.

I will be in Kuwait for 4 years, and what the wife don't see .

So please, give me some ideas on what to unload some cash on.

All idea's are welcome, and please include and relevant LINK'S so I can have a look[:-]

Thank's in advance.

BTW, I am leaning towards a war bird.Maybe, P38, F7F. I want to make her a real jaw dropper.

Take a look at the VQ P-61. Excellent warbird, well built ARF or ARC (your choice), Twinman reviewed it, there is a build thread in this forum to aid you, and it flies well!

For one of the BEST kits available from one of the best designers out there, check out the Heinkle 111 or the Hienkle 219 from Vance Mosher. Vance is a friend of mine so perhaps i'm a little biased but...Fantastic engineering and 100% scale in every way... You can see a photos of Vances planes on my website at:

go to the Luftwaffe page and follow the link for the gallery section.
