Silver Chassis + Price Quote
This may have been talked about already, but I wanna share what I've done to my chassis.
My X-Cellerator Chassis was black. I wanted it silver. All I did was sand blast it, giving it that sparkling look. Put about 10 or 11 coats of clear coat, and it turned out awsome.
I dont have a camera right now but when I do Ill post some pics If my truck isnt sold by then.
I used break parts cleaner to clean almost everything, it works amazingly, even on the tons of dirt in the rims. (watch you don't spray any rubber with it, it made my gas tank o-ring expand so the lid didnt close.)
PS: How much you think I'd get for my X-C? (Mods, just a price quote) Put about 1 Gallon through it, put a brand new gas tank on, 2 titanium turn buckles, cut some holes in the body for tanks and pullstart access, some bright yellow plastic parts on ball joints, and end of tune pipe is bent down a bit but doesn't affect performance, and it performs with amazing speed and x-celleration.
