Default ccpm? whats the difference between a shogun, etc. and a dragonfly 22a,etc.?

There is the obvious difference in the servo linkage. But does that change the degree of control. 120º ? Thats the range of movement for the flybar. Does the bill hiller system have a higher degree of movement? Which system is more fragile? Simply put: The wind is pissing me off and I need more control. I can currently fly in a strong breeze(5-8mph) no problem. Its not very fun though. I'm always fighting with the wind and my only entertainment comes from crash recoveries. Thanks in advance.
