Default REUSE the walkera TX???? Dragonfly

Hey everyone/anyone.

Ive got the Walkera dragonfly shown in the pic. It is destroyed. I ordered a new heli, with all the parts, except for a transmitter. I was wondering if I just pop the crystal out of the old dragonfly reciever into the newer MS 7 channel Reciever, and keep the transmitter if it will work.

Also does anyone know what the two switches on the top and the small round button next to the top right one do? No instructions, so no clue.

Reciever:
MS Micro 7 channel single conversion digital receiver
Single Conversion for both JR and Futaba shift 72MHz RX

Link to the reciever is:
http://www.helihobby.com/html/rx_and_crystals.html

anyone who knows, thanks in advance!

Mark

Default RE: REUSE the walkera TX???? Dragonfly

Hi Marksmu,

I found that my Walkera 4 TX worked with my Futaba 5ch receiver just fine... I even put a 36MHz crystal into it.

But the RX doesn't work at all with other transmitters

The switches and button do nothing.

Regards
David
