My New 1/3 Scale Sig Spacewalker
Thought I would let you guys see my newest project, a Sig 1/3 scale Spacewalker. It was a two year on and off project. It has a Quadra 52 gas engine with smoke, and a Futaba 9C transmitter. It weighs about 23lb, and is painted with Rustoleum paint. This was my first attempt at airbrushing an airplane. It's first color scheme was the standard scale yellow and red, but i figured that to be too boring for my taste. The Spacewalker has scale rib stitching and pinking tape, along with my custom scale cockpit, which is still not complete. I plan to add a scale pilot, along with other small refinements to get it ready to fly.

RE: My New 1/3 Scale Sig Spacewalker
The Spacewalker has not flown yet. I still have to do some final things like hook up the throttle and ailerons, along with install a tailwheel. I think i want to paint the whole underside of the plane a dark purple, or pinkish (not sure) to provide contrast in the air. I hope to fly it in the next few weeks, I'll post pictures when it happens.
