RE: Laser 6 radio system
are you talking about an aircraft system? if so, not legaly. when i first started with r/c, i used my futaba skyport 6 in my traxxas nitro stampede. only because it had rechargeable batteries. as i got more involved i wanted to go to a local BMX track to drive it, but couldn't because of an R/C airstrip nearby. if you want to use a stick controller, i would recommend buying one made for surface use. DO NOT use an aircraft system. if you arent sure of who around you might have aircraft operating, you could do some serious damage.

yea but he needs one that can have all the stuff on one stick, because in his other thread he mentions that hes a quadriplegic, so he has to control the car with his mouth.

well, futaba makes a 9 channel surface radio that looks and works just like an aircraft radio. it's a bit pricey, but it should do the trick. either way, it is NOT recommended nor is it legal to operate a surface vehicle with an aircraft radio.

i found a tower hobbies link for the 9ch. surface radio. http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...I=LXHKS9**&P=0 this radio is a bit pricey, but it should have all the programming capabilities that you need.
