Great Customer Service From OMP!!
I had just had a problem with my recently purchased yak arf. I would like to say that OMP knows how to take care of their customers and have rectified my problems. They have been nice and seem to be genuinely concerned about any concerns with their products. I would not hesitate to order from them again and would recommend them not only for their superb designed airplanes but also for their willingness to satisfy their customers. This type of service is not always easy to come by. Good job OMP!!

In the future please checkout the OMP CONTACT US button on the website. PM's are not mentioned as ways to contact us, but others are. Personally I dread using PM's for business because it's a 2 step process to get in touch with the customer.
Most common is the OMP Suport forum which we check up to 10-20 times a day. Just drop note on there with your contact info. If you don't feel like using your contact info ... then call us! We have 7 days a week coverage and 12 hours a day on those days again found at the OMP CONTACT US page.
Anyhow anything else you need from us ... you know how to get us!
