RE: I can't get my Darn BLADE CP to lift off!!!!!!!!
Blade cp has a problem with the top slider sticking
back the top screw out on the top of the head until it moves smoothly
I found that that screw expandes that caseing and makes it to tight for the PITCH SLIDER
I bought 4 of these blades and they all do this and by backing out the screw helped and i even ran it with out the screw in the head
but maybe not a good idea..
I read somewhere here in the forums where they sanded the slider or worked it so it slides smoother..

Try moving your throttle trim up -- it'll increase head speed w/o changing pitch, and try adjusting the swashplate like I did (below) if that isn't enough.
I used bdavision's guide when I was setting up my BCP for 3D flight. Afterwords, I couldn't get it to get off the ground at all, and I'm using the acrobatic upgrade and 3S LiPo's. What got me was the perfect 1/2" distance from the top of the shaft to the top of the swash plate. Mine was a bit over, so I raised my swash using the adjustable servo control arms. That's what caused it to lose lift. Moving the swash up lowers the maximum positive pitch, and moving it down increases it.
To get mine to fly again, I re-lowered the swash to almost where it was (I want more negative pitch since I can't seem to get enough to produce inverted lift still), and it worked just like that. I'm going to try a few more tweaks before I attempt inverted flight hehe.

RE: I can't get my Darn BLADE CP to lift off!!!!!!!!
Hmm.. ok, so I found out part of my problem for why I wasn't getting lift. My front servo had come loose from the frame. The other two are zip-tied together, so I replaced the mounting tape and added a zip-tie to keep it in. I hadn't noticed the problem until I was watching the head behavior while it was spooled up..
Still tho, even after fixing that, if I set it up to produce any negative thrust at all, I can't get enough positive thrust to get off the ground. Watching the blades as I hold the paddle level, I can only fly if my blades are biased way more toward positive pitch than negative, like -5 degrees to +15 degrees is about the range I use to fly. Anyone have any info on this? I want to practice 3D maneuvers but can't get the heli off the ground when it's tuned for it.

i think you should be able to turn up the sensitivity of the servos, which, would make it respond more for less imput.
ps how long have you been flying helis?[:-]
