Default LiPo Battry Help please !

I finally bought a brushless motor and ESC heres the link

Tell me weather is it any good?

And also what confuses me is in these LiPo cells theres a lot of connectors saying to balance and other things and if not done it may caught fire and stuff so can someone please tell me what do I have to do first if I buy this

or can i use NiMh Batries on the ESC I had bought?

Now since the ESC is 30A does the battry's Maximum Burst Current has to be 30A or more or is it fine if it is around 27A or 20A

ok well good luck with the motor...the "speed charger' charges at 1A which is the reccomended charge rate, actually a very decent charger but remember make sure you use the battery before charging, as most come charged.
