Sure is normal. The twinstar is a great flyer. I have mine equipped with two OS 25FP engines and there is more than enough power. Not to mention the engine sound - a crowd pleaser.

I just took my Twinstar out for the first time this last weekend, and with the 2 Saito 4 strokes it flew like a dream and sounded fantastic, did have 1 engine quit on me, and there were no surprises what so ever. Super plane if you want to try a twin.
