Y/A F18 SINGLE
Hi all, has anyone out there flown this model without pinning the elevators. Dont suppose it really matters as i cant drill them now.

hi chippberg, thanks for your reply, i mean when you drill and screw through the elevator arm to the control horn. Sorry didn't explain very well..

Hi,
I have several flights on mine and it's setup with the stock grub screw configuration. I have not had any problems as of yet but I do check it occasionally to make sure they are tight. Another suggestion is to use some thread lock on the grub screw.

I have not yet installed the engine or gear. Thanks for your reply tcblr. How does the F18 fly and are landings slow and stable?
