Default twinstick and SAITO 72

Are Saito 72s too heavy for a Twinstick? Are Saito 56s also too heavy?
Thanks
Ron

Ron:

The FA-72 is at the heavy end of the range, at 16.5 ounces they can be used. The FA-56 will save you 2 ounces per engine, and at 14.5 ounces they'll be a lot easier to balance.

Bill.

Hmmmm good. Now all I need is to find a good used 56 to match the one I have.

The problem with the Saito .72, or any 4-stroke, is due to the rear carb & intake tube, the engine has to be mounted forward on the engine mount. This, despite a weight near to that of a .46, makes it much harder to balance.

Thanks Ed, good advice, but I just scored a real good price on the second 56 so I am going to "TRY" using them.

I fly mine with 2 Magnum 52's. More than enough power to handle anything you through at it.
