Buy lots of glue..
Buy lots of sandpaper..
Find lots of patience...

It does take some time to build..
But is a pure joy to fly..

How far along are you, and
how are you planning of equiping it..?

Well its on the gear, still have the ailerons to build, just about finished with the horiz stabb and have to finish the elevators.maybe I'll be glassing before too much longer. As for power i have some 108's, G-23's and some G-38's. I like gas a lot better, but they will really hang out. I love 310's but these nosens are rough, I have plans for the Hostetler 310R,maybe some day. This plane will hopefully look good in the air and be a real fun flyer. I have been with Mac Hodges when he flew his and it was a blast. He wrung it out to the max. RD

PILOT RD ,,
Did you use the stock landing gear or did you drop in retracts...?

Be cautious in making the tail as the plane like to come out tail heavy...

The use of gas engines do cure this for the most part..

G-23's will fly the plane nicely.. G-38 will fly the plane great... Of
course the 38's are a little heavier and yes the plane can take it ok..

I still have one NIB <A&A, and probably leaving tomorrow [8D]> and
one Nosen thats about 80% done but sitting on back burner for a while..

I wondered about this because the 310 has small cowlings.

It would be illegal for me to make a copy of these plans and resale them. My plans must have been used before i got them and they are in terrible shape. If I was finished with my plane I would just give them to you.RD

Do you have a fax machine? I will be back at the shop later today or in the morning. Can't take a picture of the wing right now because I have the plane jigged up working on the tail right now. I will fax you some things if you send me a fax #.RD
