clutch bell has worn on the inside
hi guys,
Ok for some reason my clutch bell has worn away and now has a whole in it. I did replace the spring on the clutch shoes a while ago, but i cant see that this could have caused a problen because i installed the shoes again the right way around and everything. When i get a new clutch bell how can i stop this from happening again?
any halp will be greatly apreciated
thanks in advance
Jon.

RE: clutch bell has worn on the inside
is there any play in the clutch bell? A couple washers between the e-clip and the clutch bell could get rid of the play.

What brand of clutch bell? how old was it? what type of shoes were you running (composite, alloy)? Was the clutch setup properly?
