Breaking help!!!
I really have no clue what to do, and that is why I am asking all of you guys! I need to know what to do about my brakes. I have a Nitro RS4 3 and would like to upgrade them. Should I get the HPI Carbon Fiber disc brake for my car, or should I get a whole new system made by Hot Bodies (this includes the vented Disc and brake Pads)? What should I do? Thanks for your opinion/help.

Breaking help!!!
Most (if not all) of the racers at the local track with HPI RS4 series use the carbon fiber disc. They seems to be happy with it.
I have also seen a robinson brake with for the HPI and it looked good. Don't know how well it worked though.
I'd say try the carbon fiber disc. I believe they are $15. If you're not happy with it, then try the hot bodies...unless the hot bodies is close to the $15 mark.

The HPI Carbon Fiber Brake should be enough. I have one on my car and never a problem. I drive on a track with lots of hair pin turns after flat out straights and it works fine.

yea it works fine...but is it really an upgrade? can you tell a difference between stock and the fiber disc? I probably will end up going with the fiber disc brake because the hot bodies system is like $45 compared to the $10 fiber disc brake.
