Default Drifting a Maxx

Ok im big into drifting and i have my tmaxx. I want to be able to drift my tmaxx. Were could i get tires to do this. Or could i just use a set with tape over them. Or pvc pipeing. Would this be a bad idea? I would really love to know.

Just gear low and put a spool in the back. It'll be be a drifting machine.

The only thing i was afriad of is that it would shorten my engine life. There wont be much resestence for the engine. I read somewere that that was a bad idea to do. I think i will just put on my old engine and try it cuz i dont wanna ruin my .18 cv rx.

it won't ruin your engine, it won't take a lot of throttle to get it to slide, just don't hold it wide open and you'll be alright.
