coustomer service?
Hey I was wondering how HPI coustomer service has been treating everyone. I got a Rush Evo and broke the gears on the rotostart hand unit during break in. I contatcted HPI and had great coustomer service saying they would send me new gears well after waiting 20 days I have still not recieved them so I e-mailed them again and now I cant even get a reply. Getting pretty frusterated.

Try sending them a professional looking polite spell-checked letter. more likely to get a reply and for your problem to be solved out (emails usually ignored, letters aren't)
If the letter (and your emails) looks like it was written by a 10 year old with bad spelling it's less likely to be taken seriously.
