Default Motor question?

I have a stock CP and want to make the jump to Lipos. Is there any benefit to put two heat syncs on the main motor, or does it just add dead weight?
I also have the Plasti-Blades and they work great. On the Plasti-Blade website, it mentions using 11.4 Lipos with the stock motor. Is this safe for the 4-and-1 due to blades being heavier?

I bought the cheap lipo from helidirect 1300 mah with a 7C-10C rating and a 9t motor just in case. Bought the cheap Lipo because I mainly hover (Just trying to learn the other aspects of flight) and wanted a longer lasting pack. Any advise is appreciated. Thanks.

Default RE: Motor question?

The 4 in one can handle the lipo. You should be fine making the up grade.
