In my college class of Industrial Presentations i am required to make a 9 minute presentation on a topic of my choice, Naturaly i choose RC cars. So does anyone have any pictures i can use without copyright infringement?

You can use any pictures from just about anywhere. Copyright issues come up when you use someone's material, but you claim is your own for your own personal gain, or if you grab pics and use it to make a profit.

If you grab web pics, copy the link from the address bar (copy and paste) and save the links in a Word doc or something. Your teach might require you to show references (the links).

Again, you have nothing to worry about, unless you are using pics for a formal publication or some other purpose and you are spinning a profit.
