I saw one about that size in a hobby shop in San Diego a few years ago. I think it had four 90-size ducted fan engine. Very impressive. I wish I had seen it fly.

The one that was hanging in the Discount Hobby Warehouse in San Diego had four prop driven engines. It was built before the popularity of DF's, I believe, and certainly turbines. Shaun Evans can elaborate on that particular model. It carried a huge space shuttle on its back! Very large indeed! Had to cut a hole in the stores' drop ceiling panels for the tail to go up through.

Is it still there? I saw it in 1998.

The 747 no longer exists at the Discount Hobby Warehouse. The shop moved into a smaller location which would not facilitate such a large model. It was cool though...looked like it took about 20 rolls of chrome monokote.

What I do, is to import any picture in a photo program (I'm using Corel print house) and simply compress it in Jpeg.

If you have a problem, send it to me and I will post it on your behalf.

Here are the pictures that were on the website that you could not get to work. The preview does not work, but the attached file can be viewed. If someone could tell me how to get it so the preview could be shown, I would really appreciate it.
