Default Shaft size of Hacker A20-20L, what size hole?

What size drill bit do I need to use to drill out my APC 10X4.7 SF prop for my Hacker A20-20L motor? OR what do you guys use to slightly enlarge the hole of the smaller adapter?

New to the electric thing and the adapters that came with the prop don't fit.

Also I bought a 1.5" great planes spinner for it, but the hole that is already in the backplate is too big for the shaft, what's the best way to get it centered up?

Thanks!!
