Default Not shifting at WOT?

Ok, first of all I have a .15 tmaxx with an O.S. .18CVRX. The problem is that the truck is shifting fine at 1/2 to 3/4 throttle but when I give it WOT it doesnt seem like it's shifting. Any ideas right off hand?

I'll bet it's shifting.
Shifting is engine/transmission rpm related not speed related.
When you start off slower you give the engine a chance to slowly build to the shift point rpm. When you nail it to WOT the engine rpm jumps so quickly you may not hear it shift.
Often when a hotter engine is installed the shift point needs to be adjusted.
