you'll see the same engine under several different lables' like there's an omega picco a trinity picco a peris picco an ofna picco. same with novarossi, rossi ect.ect. the itallion engines are good and apearently they don't care what name is on there, i wouldn't be surprized if there's a s*****rossi. money is money to them. the japanese are different, like OS you'll never see them with any other name. the owner would commit harrycarry!

When it comes to the Nova Rossi built engines, there may be some differences between the engine lines. One example is the Rossi line of engines is the only one with ceramic coated pistons (such as the black magic and HTS)

Hmm is that good?! hehe
Ceramics? The only reason I see for that is temperature resistance.. but ceramics are rather brittle.. compared to metal that is..
explain please!

Yes, it is good.
I have had several different 21 engines (OS RZB, PICCO P6 & ES, RB Europa & C5, and Rossi HTS (ceramic coated piston)).
I run my piccos and RB engines in the 220-250 temp range and my Rossi engines (all three of them) in the 325-350 temp range. The piccos and RBs are good for around 4 gallons (running on a large clay tri-oval) and so far, I have over 10 gallons through one of my Rossi engines and it still has more compression than most engines right after break-in.
The reason for the longevity I have experienced is due to the fact that ceramic has excellent wear properties in comparison to aluminum. Being brittle does not play a factor as the piston should never experience an impact. The only downside I can see was the higher initial investment (you are also paying for the piston and sleeve to be matched at the factory).

Rossi is not equal to NOVARossi, they are two different company.
In novarossi line they have top, rex. NovaRossi also made engine for RB. JP racing, paris, are modified NovaRossi(JP), Picco(paris).
Rossi is older than Novarossi!!

And Rossi's website is
www.rossimotors.it
Is this run by 2 brothers?
I wonder if they just had a fight and one find day decided to part ways and compete with each other!
From the looks of it I'd say the younger one is winning! lol(NovaRossi)
