Cutting machine...
Do anyone know how to buy/ make such a cutter?
I know how to make a hand-hold one, but what`s involved to do what he did? This would be great tool to make
a short cut to do any modelcast for a plug.
I`m about to learn the Autocad program, wich would be the base here. But the machinery itselves, is most interesting...[X(]
Anyone?

RE: Cutting machine...
This is the one from Sears. www.carvewright.com For some reason the mods shut the other thread down. Said it was off topic. Whatever! This one from Sears, I think, would be good for making small parts. I have downloaded the software, seems to work for what I need to do.

RE: Cutting machine...
Hallo Gudmund.
Here is another example of double curvature foam cutting:
http://www.scalewings.com/entwicklung.php
It looks like any cnc foam cutter, and he is using software from: http://gm.cnc.free.fr/en/ The Step four software will propably also do 3d cutting http://www.step-four.at/
Good place to study any type of homebuilt cnc equipment is the cnc-zone. http://www.cnczone.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=21
