Default Graphite or Carbon Fiber?

I have a choice between graphite or carbon fiber for chassis braces and stuff, which would you buy?

Carbon fiber looks cooler and wouldnt be as brittle as graphite .

Graphite is basically the same as plastic.. Woven graphite is similar to Carbon Fiber.. But Carbon Fiber is stronger I believe.

Carbon fiber is stronger than graphite, and graphite is also an electrical conductor, and more expensive in it's raw form.

If you want to out-trick yourself, make some reinforced carbon-carbon components. Their heat resistance can exceed 5400F.

Overkill? Nah...

Wow, I thought graphite would get more votes! Graphite is way more expensive too! I'm defiantly going to buy the CF kit now!

Yeah Carbon fiber is much better in my eye's. Plus it look's much better then graphite.

And in deed it doesnt look bad at all. But certain things just look better in carbon then graphite. I just like the look of carbon on certain things.

But yes it look's nice even with that graphite on it. LOL Just messin with ya

I think this is Carbon Fiber... Don't know, it's on my TRF415.. Looks good though =D.

because they're both woven. unwoven graphite looks sorta like plastic
