haha yeah that would be interesting...and the dremel im talking about isnt a "dremel" i dont think...its brand is cheap "rotozip" its big though...there made really for cutting drywall, and hardybacker which is basicly a concrete slab with paper on each side used for laying tile. they also make every kinda bit for it too......it will definatly work...got mine for 15 bucks at the hardware store

haha thats great....ok well if you really dont know how ill tell you......ok first make....2 of the same sized rectangles bigger than your pattern.......it doesnt matter if there exactly the same as long as both are bigger than the pattern. lay one on the top of the other..and tape them or clamp them or glue them together...draw your pattern on, get some wooden blocks or brick to set the metal on...drill a pilot hole for a rotor, a dremel, a "rotozip" and there you go

Routers arent EXPENSIVE, but if you get one get one that isnt too cheap because the likely hood is you will use it again and you dont want it going blunt or snapping, as they have a lot of strain

RE: scratch built dragster...
well its all very confusing and id have to try each method to find the best way of cutting it. so i think il try and find someone local who can do it for me, preferably a small company, maybe cheeper...
an a better note, i think i have drawn all of the parts i will need for my car, and its all going to be custom built, no parts stolen from other models.

well ive sent the plans away to a company in lecester and should be getting the chassis plates back soo for me to start work on...
just a thought, does anyone have any ideas on how to make a shell??? i was thinking of making a solid shape from laminated plywood and then maybe melting plastic over it, or pasting fibreglass over it. any ideas?
