Default AvidRC.com I still haven't received my order after 2 weeks!

I ordered $20 worth of ceramic bearings from AvidRC.com and I still haven't received them after 2 weeks! I emailed them and got no response. I do not recommend buying from them!

If you ever don't receive orders remember not to tell the company you will never buy from them again because then they will have no reason to resolve the issue. Just so you know.

Hi,

You live in US, why don't you try to call them?

Could there be a misunderstanding? Was it out of stock and ship late? Were these guys on holiday? Try to call them and find out.

Regards

Joaquim

If you placed the order between 12/22 and 1/3 they did not ship until at the soonest 1/3/07. I'm sure they are pretty backed up from that downtime, so just cut them a little slack. I have used their bearings for the last year and have had many orders all arrive quickly and complete. No complaints.

I have done quite a bit of business with them and yes one time I had a problem but was not there fault but the post office. I am sure there is a reasonable explanation. I know many people that deal with them and all are happy with their service and products! Yes I agree chill and I am sure all will work out and try to give them a call.

For the price.... their bearings can't be beat........ They get my vote every time.

FYI.. If you email them they usually get back to you within a few hours.

That's exactly right. For the price, they can't be beat. Their sealed bearings seem to be as good as most that come with kits, haven't had any problems with them. The only big difference I've seen is using them for clutch bearings. Even in 1/10 gas truck, which is pretty easy on clutches, I replace the bearings before every main. I'm not going to risk having one fail during the course of a 30 minute race. The Losi bearings will last much, much longer. But they are $12 a pair. For $12 I can put in new bearings every main for the entire season.

I just got them.

Great quality bearings! I'm ordering more for my wheel knuckles!
