Default Eyewear - DV Recorder Spliter

The splitter I have coming off of the video receiver box going to the Eyewear and Recorder gives me interference. Does anyone know of one that will work?

Does the recorder have a video out? Maybe you could use that to drive the Eyewear...

Nope and yes, it is one plug either in or out but not both. So either I record OR view with the Eyewear.

Sky's the guy for this one...I know next to nothing about this. But I'm pretty sure a simple passive Y cable is not sufficient: This is analog video, and it's very sensitive to input loading and impedance. So an active splitter is needed, or else the signal level will drop too low and the signal to noise ratio will become unacceptable.

Sky?

I found this picture on SLCity's website. It is what he is using for his splitter. I could not find it on Monster Cable so I emailed them the link to the picture. I'll let you all know what they say. http://www.slcity.com/df/cable.jpg

It is a big $3.99 at Radio Shack...Denny
