Default Stuck Carburator?

Hi guys, i have a 2.5r Revo. My carb is getting stuck. When I give throttle the slide carb wont open, it gets stuck. At first I thought it was the servo, but i bought a new one which has more speed and torque without any succes, it still gets stuck. Please help and advice what can I do to fix this problem.

could your idle screw be binding up somehow? remove your servo linkage to the carb. operate the carb slide by hand to see if you can determine what is causing it to not want to operate smoothly.

I don't think my idle screw is binding. I did move the carb slide with my hand and it moves without any problem, however, sometimes it gets a little hard.

Take it apart and clean it.

carb cleaner would work, i think. wd40 may work too, flushing out any grit that may be in there.
