Default emax conversion to gas??????????

I have a old emax with twin 14.4v motors....... looking to change it to nitro.....called traxxas they said can't be done don't waste your time..... save your breathe buy a revo..... I looked at the web and found a few conversion kits ranging from 289.95 to 499.99. I wanted to convert it for my brother who is just started in rc. He has been playing with the emax for a 1 year now, and figure it was time to upgrade. Whats everyone think???????

Do an e-maxx s-600 search, that might just change your mind.

s-600's are as fast as brushless and cheap and work on the stock esc.

would you want to trade for a revo? I may be getting one in a trade, and would rather either a e-revo, or an emaxx? Let me know...my email is [email protected]
