Sleeve help!!!!!!!!!
I've tried all the ways I know of trying to get the sleeve out of my engine, but it feels like it's not going anywhere[:@]. Any ideas?

RE: Sleeve help!!!!!!!!!
I usually roll up a little paper towel and insert in into the exhaust port and then use the piston to push it out, but if you do this you have to be careful not to apply too much pressure or else you can stress the conrod and pins.
Have you tried hitting it with a little penetrating oil?
Also sometimes if you heat the block with a hair dryer, then put an icecube on the sleeve it will come out easier. the heat expands the block and the icecube shrinks the sleeve.

RE: Sleeve help!!!!!!!!!
Put a wire tie through the exhaust port with the piston BDC. Then turn the flywheel, the piston will push against the wire tie, which will then push against the sleeve, raising it at least an 1/8 in.

RE: Sleeve help!!!!!!!!!
easiest way i know of is to use the cardboard tube from a papertowel roll or from a TP roll, fold it in half to double it's thickness and cut it to the size of the exhaust port and slid it in and turn the flywheel by hand =) it'll usually slide right out, if it's stuck the piston will just slice through the cardboard with no damage to the piston or sleeve, thats what i've been doin o.O after you get it out enough you can use a pair of channel lock plyers with some cardboard wrapped around the top of the sleeve and gently twist it back n forth while pulling on it and it should fully come out, just dun squeeze the pliars too hard =3
