I got it...same problem
okay. i got the RB and its on and installed. i went to start it the first time and did the same thing the O.S. did. so im 95% sure since it slipped before the screwed up the OWB so i get a new OWB for a new engine and its good as new. pics soon.

when i first started mine, i turned it over with the ez start without a glow plug for a few seconds, put the glow plug in but didnt tighten it much so the compression was low, started it then tightened the glow plug, after the first takn the pinch was low enough to start it with the glow plug tight.
