RE: new to gas
I had the same converted G-23 on my Hanger 9 PT-19 several years ago. It had more than enough power, so your E-26 should be fine. No pressure fittings are needed for any gas engine. I don't know who's PT-19 you have, but be plenty high if you like to spin, because mine did not recover well..........not at all the last flight............

RE: new to gas
I am not sure either , but it was an arf I do not plan to do any radical things just have fun flying it I have only been flying off and on for three years I have several .40 size plane this will be my first very large plane I stand about 5foot 8 and the plane with the engine mounted part of the tail is above my head and the wing span is just as long. I wll be starting with a 16/8 prop will that be enough I will also have a 24 oz gas tank mounted in their that should give me plenty of flight time. I will be running a 4.8v 1500mah for the ignition as I do not have the gt2 iginition. and a 6v 2700mah for the reciver and servos. I also have the on off switches seperated the ignition is at the front and the reciver switich is in the rear of the plane.

RE: new to gas
16x8 prop is good to start with. That's what I had on mine.......you may try a 17x7 at some point. I generally fly for 10 minutes and land.......24oz wil probably give you 2+ flights with some reserve. Pat is correct...analog servos are fine with a PCM rx....the receiver has no clue what servos it's operating........

RE: new to gas
I have a 1/3 scale Hanger 9 cap232.It calls for a60 to80 cc engine. Ihave a new first place engine 5.8 but I don't know what how many cc it is. If it is larger than 80 cc is to much for the plane?
thanks John
