Just a freindly reminder to let everyone know that when you are posting in a Support Forum, the posts are supposed to remain on the topic at hand and mainly on questions related to problems or issues related to the product and to be answered by the company the support forum represents or it's designated affliates.
In the case of this support forum, Wildhare has graciously allowed them to be open to several types of posts, not just general support.
Now, as a reminder of the RCU rules here is the pertinent part:
At the time of this post being created, the EXCEPTION part of the rule applies but with the way certain things have been going on in here lately, I can guess that this could become a forum where the 4 bullet points would come into effect and I am certain the members that frequent this forum would not want to see that.
So the suggestion would be to be careful, if you have a complaint, speak to Wildhare about it in private via the phone before posting. Wildhare is generally available during the posted business hours and when they are not available, they usually post in here the reason why. It has been suggested that the best way to get in contact with Wildhare is to give them a call first and would would be surprised just how much more can be accomplished if everyone works together than getting upset at each other.

DIRECT SUPPORT FORUMS
Several of our support forums are established for the purpose of receiving specific product support directly from the vendor to whom the forum is dedicated.
* When a thread is started by a member in a specific direct support forum, only the company and the posting member may be involved in the conversation.
* If you would like the company AND other members to post their opinions, please post your thread outside of the support forum.
* If you would like to include your opinion on a support forum thread, please email or PM the member your thoughts.
* All posts submitted by members other than the original thread starter will be subject to moderation.
EXCEPTION TO THE ABOVE: This rule applies ONLY to those direct support forums that indicate ONLY company responses are allowed. If such is not noted then both members & company may respond within that forum.
