Default X9303 2.4 legal in EU?

Since the manual states this:
This product contains a radio transmitter with wireless
technology which has been tested and found to be
compliant with the applicable regulations governing a
radio transmitter in the 2.400GHz to 2.4835GHz frequency
range.
The following countries associated regulatory agencies
recognizing the noted certifications for this product as
authorized for sale and use are:
USA Canada Belgium
Denmark France Finland
Germany Italy Netherlands
Spain Sweden UK
Ireland Australia

I bought one from the states.
But after reading about DX7 has to high output for EU I wonder if the 9303 has the same issue?
I also downloaded the manual on jrradios.com and they has change the manual now. It does not state this anymore.

Anyone knows if it has the same output as the DX7 and not legal in EU.
From what I understand is that the DX7 sends 3db more than what's legal to send in EU.

The R&TTE Directive contains a requirement that equipment which utilises a non-harmonised frequency band must go through a special notification procedure before it can be legally CE marked and sold. Such equipment must also be marked with a warning symbol to draw the user's attention to the fact that it might not be legal to use the equipment in every member
