Yea, the weather here is dismal in the winter and spring, but you can't beat it in the summer.
I'm just thankful there is an indoor off road track (in Aloha/Hillsboro) not more than 3-4 miles from my house or else both of my trucks would just be sitting in my garage.
If you are really itching to drive you could always go to Vancouver or Aloha since they both have indoor tracks where you can run Nitro vehicles in both. The track in Vancouver is at A Main Raceway and the one in Aloha is RC Indoor Raceway (on the corner of Cornelius Pass road and TV Highway behind the 7-11).
I don't know much about A Main Raceway, but I have spent a fair amount of time at the Indoor track in Aloha. It's a little tight but a fun track. Most vehicles are 1/10 scale stadium trucks, but I have ran my TMaxx on the track and have seen several buggy's there.
Anyway, just a suggestion to get you through the Oregon rain.

You know WOKKIE , that is really weird you mentioned this. I stopped by RC Modeler's today and picked up that that little black & white race program for that place today. I knew it had to be back behind the 7-11 somewhere. there are a few little company bussinesses back there...........it must be in one of the bigger buildings i guess. I gotta get my truck fixed and take it up there. What nights are a good night to head on over there , without it being to crowded?
I think i'm gonna head on over thee tommarow night and check it out......sounds like fun.
P.S.............at my practice motocross track out here in the St Helens / Scappoose area..........i am building a cool RC track out here , if any of you are interested in comin' down and shreddin' some laps.!!

987982..............DUDE THAT WOULD RULE!! That's where i live for sure. I will have some areas out here to play around on this summer for sure. I'll have probably 2-4 different RC tracks as soon as the weather gets better. In scappoose i live just right up past the police station.............if you know where that is. One of the practice MX tracks i played around on isn't more than a mile from where i live. I just sent WOOKIE the same message. ......it would be cool to hook up and do some laps....ya know?

I just boght a T-MAXX about 3 weeks ago now. I have only got to drive it twice , and that was on pavement for break in time. I am itchin' bad to get this thing in the dirt!! I have a feeling i will be spending a ton of time out in the feild this summer , racin' that thing around.
Also......just like you , i am looking into getting a buggy also. I am torn between the KYOSHO K2 or the MUGEN MBX-XR WORKS. i will be getting one of these within the next few weeks , i just haven't decided on wheich one to get.
definetly send me an e-mail or something when this weather gets better. We'll be runnin' those trucks for all their worth!!!..hehehe
