Default Carbon Fiber Help

Iam wanting to make custom parts for my RC cars, but i dont know how to start?
Iam wanting to create a offset chassis for my Custom Works Intimidator-10,
And wanting to create a motor mount, battery tray, etc. for my boat also!
Then, iam wanting to create my own Dirt Oval car, and drag car too.
Ive got EVERYTHING drawn out on paper and the parts i want to use for my own car designs, iam just confused now!
Were can i get carbon fiber sheets online, and whats thickeness is a good size???
How do you cut CF??? i was thing bout dremel, and filing the ends smooth? is that correct???
Basically some tips and tricks when cutting CF would help!
Thanks

just remember NOT to breathe the dust, recomend you 'wet sand it' so the dust is kept to a minimum

Ive got it now how to cut it and shape it, know iam looking to purchase the carbon fiber!
I found Dragon Plate, www.dragonplate.com!
Looks like good carbon fiber, but iam just wondering if theres anymore places to buy carbon fiber??? Websites would be nice also.
Also, what are the optimal thickness???
Iam thinking:
Shock Towers = 1/8 (2mm) or 5/32 (3mm) for thickness
Chassis Plate = 5/32 (3mm) or 1/4 (4mm) for thickness
Are those good thickness for the parts???
What does the RC manufactures use for there part thickness???

i think 3mm for shock towers will be good...most alum. towers about 3-4mm and are not as strong as carbon...but since carbon weighs less go thicker if it makes you feel better...but i think 3-4 will be plenty..
