problems with owb and picco .26
does anyone else eat up owb with a picco? the owb are crackin n the hex part slips. ive gone thru prolly 6 in the last year and my lhs was nice enough to replace 2 and ive used different brands but all of them still do the same thing. any help or tips are welcome thnx

You should take the bearing and out perform maintenance on in it.
Recommended Maintenance :
For the longest life from your roller clutch, it should be removed, cleaned and reinstalled after approximately every half gallon of fuel. Clean the roller clutch with denatured alcohol (use protective gloves and eye protection). Lubricate the roller clutch with Mobil 15W-30 synthetic oil. Do not substitute other lubricants

after two tanks if that its starting to crack tho i never had this problem with my 3.3 n roto start only with the picco

Sounds as if it is getting hot, make sure there isn't any build up on the starter shaft. It is possible that the starter shaft was damaged when one of the roller clutches failed.
